/bio

I was born in Moscow, USSR in 1982. Thanks to my partially Jewish heritage, I was able to immigrate to the United States in 2000 and stay here ever since. I am fluent in both English and Russian.

A little over a decade ago, by the time I had been studying computer science for several years, I decided to take a photography class because I needed an art credit.

The rest is history.

In 2012 my ever-growing love for visual self-expression had finally surpassed the unfortunate limitations of still imagery, and thus, videography was added to the list of my devotions.

As a sign of my appreciation of your interest in my work, I will spare you the cheesy clichés about my passionately unique vision of this world and its perplexing intricacies. I prefer to think that my work can tell you more about me than you will ever need to know. But if I'm wrong, don't hesitate to drop me a line, and I will gladly satisfy your remaining curiosity to the best of my abilities.
